Here's my tactic with AC Milan. A simple 4-1-3-2 inspired from the real Milan tactic.
To use it, you absolutely need :
- 2 defensive midfielders able to run on wings (eg. Seedorf and Gattuso) ;
- 1 striker with a good finishing (eg. Ronaldo) ;
- 1 attacker with a good creativity (Passing, dribbling, etc... Eg. Pato).

I have very good results with this tactic. Eg. Marseille 0-2 Milan, Milan 2-0 Lazio, Milan 5-0 Reggina, ... I'm the first in Serie A and Champion's League groups.
