Implementing Tactics!

How do i implement tactics that i have downloaded, ive tried creating a saves and tactics folder but still, this dont seem to work :mad: any help would be much appreciated :D

sammir can i ask how that is a rip off of yours dude? come on iv been playing cm since cm2 and to be honest (without trying to sound to big headed) i pretty much know more about championship manager series than 9/10 of the people on the boards( apart from the BGS crew) the only things im not that well versed about in cm is the graphics side of it.

the only post i have seen of yours regarding tactics in championship manager 2008 is your own personally created tactic and also how to alter championship manager 2007 custom tactics into championship manager 2008 tactics

sammir to be honest saying that i ripped off an idea of yours is for me quite insulting considering the amount of times i have helped you out on the boards.

sammir iv never ripped off anyones idea's and i dont need to as you well know that i know what im on about when it comes to championship manager and dont need to even ever to consider ripping off someone else's idea

but at the end of the day all im here to do is to help people if they need any help, someone asked for help on the board so i created a thread giving step by step instructions on how to put in a custom downloaded tactic into their championship manager 2008 directory.

so in truth sammir iv not ripped off anyone's idea even in the nearsest, so as far as im concerned there isnt a reason why you would ever say that, as for the reason saying it , it can only come down to one reason why you would of said that

Guys, guys, guys...stop arguing, what the hell is going on here? Sameerf take it easy man, and you too jmc...come on, a lot of people is proud of us here ;), so we shouldn't let hem down with saying who is better in CM or not, stop arguing because jmc and you sameer got smarter job to do, you have to create tactics guys not argueing! So i should be now mad at TG because he stoled my tactic to make his own, come on, his tactic isn't even like mine, guy changed everything that was good in my tactic :D (im just joking)...he shouldn't even rename it MilkoTG, let it be just TG v1, because everybody can make own tactic and don't care about someone's satisfaction within. So what if someone has mentioned your thread sameerf, maybe you can learn from him and be thankful ;), and you too jmc..god have mery on my soul :D:D:D peace brothers :D

STOLE your tactic? I improved it, and not wanting to be selfish, gave you credit for making the original! If you don't like it, get f*cked.

And Sameerf, DO stop *****ing, because we both know 'your' guide to making tactics is pretty much a straight rip-off of the pm's and other messages I sent you in reply when you were just starting out...

If you notice, there isnt much left of your average tactic, I vastly improved it, so theoretically I COULD have claimed it totally as my own, but I didn't, because it isnt a brand new tactic by me, and I never said at any point it was. The credit is in the name, MilkoTG, duh. And I don't know how to make a good tactic? Dont make me laugh! Ask ANYONE on this forum, and I bet most of them have successfully used one of my tactics in CM 06 or 07. Jealous? Haha, you wish.

I am no god of tactics. But if you ranked the top 5 tacticians, I would like to think I'd be in there, while you'd be lucky to make the top 10.

This thread should be renamed to "Ego's: Converge here". You all think you're amazing tacticians e.t.c and aren't willing to give credit to others who, in actual fact, are just as good as you and have had just as much success.

Just because more people download your tactic, or you've been playing CM since your time in your mother's womb doesn't make anybody better than someone else.

look at the amount od successfull tactics i have produced on the boards over the last 2 years or so since iv joined up. i never say my tactic is better than anyone else's, to be honest the only reason i dont give out credit for others tactics is i dont use them,if i did then id give out credit

Don't doubt your success, but why bother with all this talk about playing CM for ages. Just let your tactics do the talking. Your signature says you have one coming up - all you need to do is post it when it's ready.

Sameerf asked ME how to make tactics.

And the others - how many have they made that really do work? I'm not in this for glory or anything. I make my tactics and share them with people who maybe arent that tactically minded. I've never claimed to be the best, but I get enough kudos to know I can't be bad. And like jmc said, I rarely use other peoples tactics, if at all, so I can't credit them for their creations. I just wish them luck.

Well said blagonadezdins, the fact is i was joking when i said "he stoled my tactic" and i was right when i said he shouldn't even rename it in MilkoTG because his tactic is completely different than mine, but obviously some people here are smarter or think they're than other people. I really didn't want to start any fight with anybody else in here, or to make any judgements who's better or not, but TG pi**ed me off when he said me get f*cked! I didn't create my own tactic because i expected somebody will say i am the 2nd of 10 best tacticians in here, i've just used sameerf's or whoever it was step by step guide to make my own and i did it very successfully. I don't think i am amazing, because nobody isn't and never will be, there is always people who knows much more than we, so this thread is closed for me.

TG listen, i was joking mate, and i told you i am glad that you can use mine tactic to win premiership or to create your own, and i really don't mind if you did anything else. I know you was improving my tactic and i am also happy that other people want to help out here too. It was misunderstanding which you took too serious when i said something, i know you are good tactician, because you'v made a one 2-3 yrs ago when i didn't even know what CM is. Please continuoe improving yours and other tactics and i am sorry if i've insulted you or somebody else in here. Cheers :D

iv not mistunderstood anything when sammir saying i had ripped one of his ideas off somehow and all i did was say why i hadnt thats all. personally i think we need to get back to the original topic as this has gone totally off the topic. either that or a mod shouls delete this thread

im not playing as much as i normally do as iv also got a few brand new games im playing as well) shock horror im playing something else than cm lol... and where am i on ur top 5 tacticians lmao :) :) now i feel hurt ha ha(only messing) i would of normally done a tactic by now but dont want to rush it out like my 1st one which for me was a botched job, i'l more than likely have finished the tactic within 2 months(hopefully)
