What league should I choose to get Nicolas Millan existing in the game? I have English Spanish French Italian and Turkish leagues running, also Simulate World option on.

He's Chilean. I'd like to take a guess at running some South American leagues. Maybe Chile. Genius.

can we take Chilean league? I had Brazil and Argentina and couldn't find Millan in another game.

For some players like Millan you must select Chilean league as playable. There is also guy called Cleiton Xavier (24 - WB/FB/M) with decent stats who you couldnt find if you dont select Brazilian league as playable, and i always sign him when i starting with spanish or other clubs where i dont need work permit, altough his starting value is 5 million pounds.

yeh championship manager has always done this.take millan for example if you dont have the league he is in in real life then you wont be able to find him..

I think he was 14 when he came on for Colo Colo or some team like that.
