Série C - Brazil League

Hi. I'm Head Researcher of Brazil.

I would Like to know if the possibility exists of they create the Série C in Brazil. Since in 2009 the Série C will have Série A same format.

It is an appeal that I make.

Nah, serie D is with too many clubs. Serie C will have 20 clubs only(right?) from next year on, so it should be very possible to do, no?
