Oh right. What I do is, in this case, go around all the EU nations' U21s and buy all the decent 16 year olds.

simple idea just buy fernando torres and play him up front scores 40+ a season and in the second season make sure that you have Bojan and play him with Fernando Torres and that will be a unstoppable partnership for years to come they are immense together
