Need help

I've just started a new season as derby in the premiership without club benifactor on.
My tactics and formation are attacking with men behind the ball and always closing down. The formation is 4-5-1, team line up is as follows

1. Price
2. Hutton (around 1.5m)
3. McEveley
5. Todd
6. Davis
4 Ituriaga ( Salamanca & around 1.9m)
8. D. Jones
18. Oakley
7. Myers
11. ***an or C.Adam (normally around 1.4m)
10. Miller
Any cheap decent players that can replace those already at the club take into account derby only give 2.9m to start with.

2.9m to start off with, rough. Anyway, loan some of these players, Bojan, Alexandre Pato (if you can), Toni Kroos, Richard Sukuta-Pasu, Victor Moses, Brian Sarmiento, Fran Merida. Get Hugo Rodallega on a free, maybe Chris Burke if he ain't too much cash. :)

Nicolas Millan (wait till March to get a WP)
Mart Poom (decent and cheap)
David Owens (Un-attached winger who becomes very good)

plus make sure you snap up youngsters such as bostock b4 anyone else does.

Yeah i know doesn't help the fact as well that half the team are crap and no one wants to buy them off me when i try to sell them.
Cheers i will try and get some of these guys and see how i do.
