Championship Manager 2009 Pre-order. Due for release on 24/04/2009, if this is the right release day, then come on april cant wait for the game to come out as the other games in the market of football managment have been really really poor this year, and from what i've seen on the screen shots Championship Manager 2009 will kick butt

Seriously, Play.com just make up a date with pre-orders. Any date you read that doesn't come from BGS, take it as a guess.

I'm sure BGS are just as keen to give a release date as we are to see it, but they can't do that until they know what date it will be ready.
Waiting is the hardest part but once the demo arrives, then it gets easier.

Nope. When BGS have a date set in stone they'll tell everyone what it is. So you can take their silence that they aren't 100% yet. It does depend on lots of things after all, such as distribution agreements etc...
I don't think any software manufacturer would be 100% about a release date 4 MONTHS in advance tbh.

Can't believe how Play.com are selling the game(when released) for £24.99.
Quality.
