Downloaded the set up

I downloaded the set up... got all the way through to some part where it extracts something... and then it froze... now because i turned my computer off i've gone to where it downloaded to and tried opening the setup but it isn't working. Any help?

Edit: Kind of got it, just hope it doesn't crash again.
