Belgian leagues

There are faults in the Belgian League structure.

In First division are in real life only 16 teams and not 18 (Dender and Tubize are in second division).
In second division are IRL 19 teams and not 18 (Dender and Tubize are in, Deinze is not in second but in third division).

its been reported about 50 times before.

bgs are aware of this, and they are gonna try to fix it as soon as possible.

same for the norwegian league.
