Options missing in... options?!

Well, i play polish version but in options when you press '?' there is description of how to change players skills like?: 1-100's or u like 1-20's. In my champ doesnt exist...! too bad couse i like old 20's

1-20 was not put in the game

The old 1-20 isn't detailed enough to really see the differences between almost similar players. I't wouldn't work great with the uncertianty that exists with only partial knowledge of a particular player
