Why the people who did not buy CM Season Live get the patch?

This is not fair.. those cheap scrounging *******s again get their own way while i pay BGS more then them cheapos for an update every month and they get something i paid for but for free!

They only got the September update and that was just to patch the original demo version of the game.

He is talking about any second patch. He has been wittering on about this since yesterday and is unable to differentiate between a data update and a game patch despite several people explaining it to him.

anyway the way i read CM Season Live was that if Man Utd are top of prem in january with like 43 points (example) then the feb patch will be game start Feb 2010 and man utd 1st in prem..

thats why i bought it ;(

I think that is exactly how it iwll be. Only for people who paid the extra for CM Season Live will get this.

Yes exactly. In short:

1,Patch - fixes bugs and gameplay issues. Available for everyone who bought the game.

2, CM Season Live - updates the game database and allows you to play from that point in the season with league to date etc as real life. Only available to those who paid the exra fiver for it (or got free with the CD version).

im a real cheap skate for paying £7.51 including the 5 cm live update for it!!! its cause my local tesco's dont have a clue what they are on about when it comes to games as i am on a course and wouldnt be able to get to my local town as im on a course at the moment....

so what if people payed £2 odd, £7 odd or £15/19 how has it affected you??? it hasnt so stop being a idiot throwing your dummy out due to the price, its your fault you didnt pay to get it digital download then!! the mentality of some people on this forum is really quite sad....

to be honest for me im not going to be doing a digital download again as it was a pain in the arse, in future im gonna get it on disc even if i had to pay around £20.. iv bought every single cm from cm2 so i think the LONG TERM players deserve to pay that as they have contrubited a hell of a lot to this gaming franchise in order of buying the product full price and the input given to the game.

Why would I get banned for calling you a dunce? It's just your ridiculously over the top and uneccesary reaction to something that had to be done to make the game more playable and rewarding for the gamer, after lots of problems were identified during the demo.
