Bet not many have heard of this guy. Could you have a look at Tristen Plummer (not 100% on first name spelling). Plays(ed) for bristol city.
In 2012 with him at the moment and he is looking ok wondered what sortof increase to see over next few years and possibly alert him to people playing as championship/lower premiership teams

First thing's first. Go to staff search tick the "remove staff that wont come to you" then drop down menu, choose ass. manager.

Then sort to "other attribute" (i think) then sort descending for Young player training. Helps if they have good GK and Outfield training too. Anything above 85 for young player training will produce class youngsters.

When in the youth team traing them with ftness ( untill 85/85+ on acc/pace ) this shouldn't take long is you have class regens, e.g kluivert, ronaldo and so forth. Once they have a "good" level of fitness put them onto the relevant attribute.
E.G
DC/DM - defense
SC - shooting
FC - passing
For my dc/dm i leave them on defensive for the remainder of their career and they turn out top class like these:
Oritz
Mcaughtrie
Then for my AM/WG/FC/SC once they have their respective attribute i'll put them on intelligence and attacking, rotate these round each season. You'll end up with players hopefully like these:

Ofcourse, this is my squad from the save I take the screenshots from, but I keep the screenshots save as an extra save so I can still continue to play this game. As you might have noticed; this screen is from 2016 while all the player shots are from November 28th 2015

P.P.S. Lots of regens, I don't know anything about the regens though. I don't keep track of that, it takes away the fun of discovering great players. I would rather find a great player than already know where to look.
